Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using polydomainai (“the Service”), operated by Plan Labs AI, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

polydomainai provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform for data engineering, data science, and analytics roles. Features include practice questions, AI-scored feedback, skill tracking, vocabulary review, and mock interview simulations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@planlabsai.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service is offered under a Free tier and a Pro tier. Free-tier usage is subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page. These limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the question bank at scale
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Introduce malware, bots, or automated scripts that interfere with normal operation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, rubrics, and AI-generated feedback, is owned by Plan Labs AI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your own answers and notes remain your property. By submitting content to the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI models to generate feedback, scoring, and explanations. This content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose, including actual job interview preparation. You should use your own judgment when evaluating AI feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan Labs AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11) shall do so.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
